Apropo Crêpes is a Miami-based hospitality concept inspired by the charm of Parisian street food, reimagined through the lens of the owners’ Jewish heritage. While at Jastor, I worked alongside the creative director to shape the brand from the ground up—developing its name, identity, and visual system to feel both elegant and approachable. The goal was to create a brand that felt instantly familiar yet distinctly fresh.
We crafted a playful, refined aesthetic using soft, buttery tones, elegant typography, and custom iconography referencing traditional crêpe tools. From menus and packaging to signage, uniforms, and social media content, every detail was designed to express quality, craft, and a sense of joy.
The result: a hospitality brand that invites people to slow down, indulge, and savor a little slice of Paris in their everyday.
